PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Rose E Dee International Ltd. attempts to be as accurate as possible with product images on the web site, however, images as they appear on monitors can vary from one computer to the next leaving the accuracy of the colour / image in question. We advise that you request a fabric sample to be sent to you of specific items for complete colour / image accuracy. A small fee may be requested.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Minimum order

• The minimum order for cut fabric is 20m
• The minimum order for sample yardage is 3m. Sample yardage cuts are subject to a handling fee

Dyelots

• Colours will vary from one shipment to the next; therefore we cannot guarantee the matching of dyelots
• For exact matches, please request a sample to be sent to you and the fabric put on hold. If no such request is made Rose E Dee will not be responsible for any expenses incurred if any issues arise.

Delivery Schedules

Any orders with stock immediately available generally ship within 24-48 hours after credit has been approved by our credit department.

Payment Terms

• Acceptance of orders are subject to the approval of the credit department
• Terms are available on submission of credit information and approval by a third party
• All major credit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted by our truck within the Greater Toronto area only
• Cheques before shipping are accepted
• Custom orders are subject to a deposit of an established amount prior to processing of order. Balance amount to be paid on arrival of order.
• Applicable taxes will be charged in accordance to the shipping destination
• Past due accounts will be charged 2% interest per month

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions

• All returns require preapproval by customer services and a return authorization number is issued
• All returns must be in the original packaging. No claims or allowances considered unless made within 5 days from receipt of goods
• No returns on fabric that has been cut
• Exchanges can be arranged on damaged fabric that has not been cut
• Any authorized returns on unused fabric are subject to a restocking charge plus freight and handling charges
• No returns on any orders that have been cut, treated, altered or processed in any way from its original state
• No returns on any custom orders
